I have a 29 gallon reef tank up for about 3 years and have 2 fish in there. a banggai cardinal and a helfrichi firefish. my firefish was very very expensive and don’t want to take a chance he might get hurt by any other fish but would like to add one more fish to my setup.
both of my current fish just hover in the water and I would like one that actually swims. any suggestions?
I don’t want a clown because they stay in the same area of the tank all the time and would like a fish that moves around more.
I have thought of a midas blenny but I have heard they nip at firefish in smaller tanks. I’m also considering a fairy or flasher wrasse. any thoughts on these or other SW reef safe fish that would not force my current fish into hiding or worse would be much appriciated.
I’m sorry but a tang get’s too big for a 29 gallon tank

I am using an aqua clear 110(500) on a 40 gallon reef tank works pretty well, don’t want to drop big money on a sump/refugium just yet…should I use the bio max bag that comes with the setup???

I have had a 12 gallon reef tank for about two months now. I was wondering if it is ok to add more live rock and rearrange its current setup?

I have been keeping freshwater fish most of my life and I am going to set up a 65 gallon reef tank near the end of the year. I am going to use a Eheim canister filter, a Jager heater, metal
1 Porcelian crab
10 turbo snails
Button polyps
Yellow Leather umbrella coral
I am going to introdouce all this livestock over time.
Please tell me if this setup will work and if it dosen’t please give some suggestions. I also would like some names of some more coral. I have been researching for about 2 years so I think im ready.
